2. Finalidades, base legal y conservación

Formulario de eventos y banquetes

Finalidad: responder a tu solicitud, enviarte un presupuesto y, si contratas el evento, organizarlo.

Base legal: aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya y, en su caso, ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD). El nombre, el teléfono y el tipo de evento son obligatorios: sin ellos no podemos atender tu solicitud.

Conservación: si no contratas el evento, hasta 12 meses después del último contacto; si lo contratas, mientras dure la relación y, después, durante los plazos exigidos por la normativa fiscal y mercantil.

Alojamiento del sitio web

Finalidad: servir el sitio web y protegerlo frente a ataques, para lo que se tratan datos técnicos de conexión, como la dirección IP.

Base legal: nuestro interés legítimo en la seguridad y el funcionamiento del sitio (art. 6.1.f RGPD).

Conservación: el tiempo estrictamente necesario para esa finalidad.

Cookies analíticas y de marketing

Finalidad: la indicada en la Política de cookies.

Base legal: tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD).

Conservación: los plazos indicados en la Política de cookies; en Google Analytics, hasta 14 meses.

Mapa de Google Maps

Finalidad: mostrarte el mapa cuando pulsas «Mostrar mapa»; en ese momento Google recibe tu dirección IP.

Base legal: tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD).

4. Transferencias internacionales

Formspree, Google, Meta, WhatsApp y Cloudflare pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos. Para las empresas adheridas al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. existe una decisión de adecuación de la Comisión Europea (art. 45 RGPD; Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2023/1795). En los demás casos, la transferencia se basa en las cláusulas contractuales tipo aprobadas por la Comisión Europea (art. 46.2.c RGPD), de las que puedes solicitarnos una copia por correo electrónico.

5. Tus derechos

Puedes solicitar el acceso a tus datos, su rectificación o supresión y la limitación de su tratamiento, oponerte al tratamiento y solicitar la portabilidad de tus datos escribiendo a restoran.la.familia.ten@gmail.com. Cuando el tratamiento se base en tu consentimiento, puedes retirarlo en cualquier momento, sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento anterior a su retirada.

Tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Events and banquets form

Purpose: to reply to your request, send you a quote and, if you book the event, organise it.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and, where applicable, performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Name, phone and type of event are required: without them we cannot handle your request.

Retention: if you do not book the event, up to 12 months after our last contact; if you book it, for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Website hosting

Purpose: to serve the website and protect it against attacks, which involves processing technical connection data such as your IP address.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: only as long as strictly necessary for that purpose.

Analytics and marketing cookies

Purpose: as described in the Cookie policy.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention: the periods stated in the Cookie policy; in Google Analytics, up to 14 months.

Google Maps

Purpose: to show you the map when you click “Show map”; at that moment Google receives your IP address.

Formspree, Google, Meta, WhatsApp and Cloudflare may process data in the United States. For companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR; Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795). Otherwise, the transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), a copy of which you can request from us by email.

5. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure and the restriction of its processing, object to the processing and request data portability by writing to restoran.la.familia.ten@gmail.com. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Хостинг сайту

Мета: показувати сайт і захищати його від атак, для чого обробляються технічні дані з’єднання, як-от IP-адреса.

Finalità: rispondere alla tua richiesta, inviarti un preventivo e, se prenoti l’evento, organizzarlo.

Base giuridica: misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta e, se del caso, esecuzione del contratto (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) GDPR). Nome, telefono e tipo di evento sono obbligatori: senza di essi non possiamo gestire la richiesta.

Conservazione: se non prenoti l’evento, fino a 12 mesi dall’ultimo contatto; se lo prenoti, per tutta la durata del rapporto e poi per i periodi previsti dalla normativa fiscale e commerciale.

Hosting del sito

Finalità: erogare il sito e proteggerlo dagli attacchi, trattando a tal fine dati tecnici di connessione, come l’indirizzo IP.

Base giuridica: il nostro legittimo interesse alla sicurezza e al funzionamento del sito (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR).
